How do I measure my bust?
Measure under your arm, around your shoulder blades and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard.
How should I take my hip measurement?
In order to take your hip measurement, you should wrap the measuring tape around your hips at their widest point.
How is the full lenght measurement of a kaftan taken?
The full lenght measurement is taken from shoulder seam to hem or sfifa.
Can I customize a dress in the atelier of Boutique Saidati ?
Would you like to order a dress but it’s not your perfect size. Have your kaftan altered for a perfect fit. Please contact us by sending an email to info@boutiquesaidati.com to ask for the ability to customize the dress.

If I buy a dress online, is it possible to adjust the belt on my waist size?
When you order a kaftan online, you will be contacted by our staff to ask for your waist size so they can adjust the belt for a perfect fit. NOTE: The right of return expires when the belt is adjusted.

Will the sold out items be restocked again?
The Ready- to-wear collection and accessories will be restocked frequently. Haute couture kaftans and Must have dresses will not be restocked these are are unique dresses designed by Saidati Designteam. Please contact us to find out if the product will be restocked.
It may happen that an item ordered online is sold out after placing order .
Boutique Saidati doing everything to prevent this . It can still happen that the article is sold out after placing your order. You will receive a message from us ASAP by email. you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
If the price of a product drops after I buy it, can I get a refund for the difference?
Unfortunately, we give no refund of the price difference , as in a short time it turns out a product has been discounted.
Are all prices shown on the website included VAT?
All prices on our website are in Euro and include 21% VAT but do not include delivery charges.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the time you receive an order confirmation from us.
Can I pick up my order in the Boutique?
If you place an order online you can also choose to pick up your ordered items in the Boutique. You pay no additional shipping cost and the items will be kept 14 days separately.

We deliver to The Netherlands , Belgium , Germany , France, Spain , Italy, United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark , United Arab Emirates , United States ( US) , Canada, Australia.
Can I organise for my parcel to be delivered to a different address?
Yes, when you place your order you can enter the delivery address details and these don’t have to be the same as your home address.
Can I track the status of my order?
If your order is shipped, you will receive from us by e-mail a track & trace number that you can track your order through www.post.nl.
Are items checked before shipping?
Yes, the orders placed by a customer on Boutiquesaidati.com will be inspected and will not be shipped without a quality control check.

How do I returned the ordered items?
You fill in a return form, this we always send along with an order. If you have lost it you can download it at the link provided below http://boutiquesaidati.com/retourinformatie/. Pay attention! IF The dress or belt is altered for you then of course there is no right to return the dress. Return with Return form in the package ( do not stick on parcel!) fill in the supplied return form. Please note that you are responsible for the parcel to reach us.

Yes, you can also return your order in the Boutique. You will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Which returned items are accepted?
We only accept undamaged and unworn products, with attached price tag. In their original packaging. Yes, you can return any item by post within 14 days of receipt, alternatively, you can return your online purchases in the Boutique.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
You can return your item for an exchange within 14 days. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or a different color. Please contact us by sending an email to klantenservice@boutiquesaidati.com with your name, order number and explanation.
Which items can’t be returned?
Customised products are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 bussiness days to your payment account.
